Retrillado
The process begins with the re-roasting, where we carefully select and clean each bean. We remove impurities, defective beans and classify them by size to guarantee uniform roasting and maximum quality.

Artisanal roasting
Our master roaster controls each batch with handcrafted precision. We monitor temperature, time and bean development to create unique roast profiles that bring out the natural characteristics of each origin.

Specialized grind
We offer different types of grinds according to the preparation method you prefer. From fine grind for espresso to coarse grind for French press, each grind is calibrated for optimal extraction.

Airtight containers
